In-Store Policy

Items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, items eligible for an exchange must meet the following criteria. (See list below)

If unable to do an exchange at time of return we will issue a store credit to be used at a future date.

Return Items Must Meet The Following Conditions:

  • Original condition with tags still attached
  • Proof of purchase (original receipt)
  • Unworn and Unwashed
  • Free of Scent (Pet, Smoke, etc.)


Online Return Policy

All online returns must be authorized, please contact us to request a return authorization within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
To start a return, you may contact us at info@brafittersusa.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Please note when choosing an exchange or store credit for online purchases, return shipping fee's are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping/handling charges are non refundable.*

 

Final Sale Items

  • Items with a gusset (Panties and Swimwear)
  • Any items with an adhesive 
  • Items worn out of store
  • Items bought on sale, discounted or promotional 
  • Gift cards
  • Special order items that are not regularly stocked in store (fashion colour's/style's) 

*For "in-store" exchange or return requests, Brafitters will determine whether an item is eligible to return.*


Manufacture Defects 

In the event that an item appears defective due to a potential manufacturing error, our expert fitters will assess the issue along with the supplier of that item. If it is determined it is a defect versus improper care we will exchange the item or if we are unable to do so a store credit will be issued. Our employees are trained in this evaluation, and their judgement shall be considered final.

For online returns, each item is received and thoroughly inspected to ascertain whether a manufacturing defect is present. If it is determined that the item was misused or improperly cared for, it will be returned to sender. However, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed we will exchange the item, if unable to do so a store credit or online credit will be issued and you will be notified once the process is complete.
